Returns 

A full refund in the original form of payment will be issued for return  of eligible items that must be in their original condition; unopened shrink wrapped products made within 15 calendar days from the time of shipment. Shipping fees are not refunded 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Provided is a preprinted label with return address.
The packing slip in your shipment has specific instructions for  returns.

If slip is unavailable, you can use print out the shipping email confirmation received after the items shipped. Place your order number on the box. Returns should be sent to

Bulk orders of 10 or more are non returnable. 

Shrink-wrapped items that have been opened. 

Refunds 

Sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of the purchase price plus any applicable taxes to your original method of payment for returned items within 15 calendar days from shipment date.
